HR Administrator
HR: OperationsWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and structured HR Administrator to take ownership of our international operations and keep everything related to documents, visas, and employee support in order. This role is a good fit for someone who’s comfortable working with lots of details, repetitive processes, and daily communication with people without burning out from it.
What you'll be doing:
- manage HR administration for international entities: visas, renewals, work permits, tracking deadlines and statuses, and supporting employees throughout the process;
- work with local lawyers and vendors (Thailand);
- administer medical insurance: maintain insured lists, handle billing, communicate with brokers, and advise employees on coverage;
- manage documentation and keep internal guides and knowledge bases up to date;
- handle regular employee requests and help resolve more complex cases (visas, documents, local requirements).
What we expect from you:
- living in Phuket or ready to relocate there quickly;
- 3+ years of experience in HR or personnel administration;
- experience working in an international setup (foreign entities, interaction with international vendors/government bodies);
- confident spoken English (B2 or higher) and fluent Russian;
- strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization: ability to manage multiple processes, meet deadlines, and stay on top of things;
- comfort with routine tasks and a high volume of repetitive requests without losing quality;
- solid basic digital skills: spreadsheets, document templates, structured document management;
- calm, polite, and professional communication with employees and vendors, even in stressful situations.
